Set the stage for lifelong healthy eating habits with this exciting free program. Families experience a hands-on approach to preparing nutritious snacks and meals while at the same time learning about healthy eating. Family Chefs recipes include simple, illustrated cards which help children play a more interactive role in learning how to read recipes and follow directions. Each session also includes a related craft, nutrition activity and games, as well as songs and story.
